Loorukar is a city located above a massive geyser which intermittently catapults a stream of water through the base of the city. This base is a hollowed-out shell lined with numerous rows of turbines which power the city. It has been observed that when the stream reaches its peak, the weightlessness of the suspended water is channeled to those in the city. Like at the peak of a roller coaster, your stomach sinks- a free-fall without falling.
